Agim, 35, was caring for his two children whilst looking for employment without success prior to coming to TNG. He joined the ESF/ PET course in September 2008 and wanted to update his Forklift Licence. Just after he signed up for the course, he was offered a job from an agency. He signed off of JSA and started a temporary position that he was quite unhappy in.
