Avanta Enterprises Ltd, a national welfare to work organisation helping people from benefits into employment, training and self employment, has been named 'One to Watch' in the prestigious Best Companies Awards, underpinning the company’s commitment to its employees.

Best Companies, is behind the Sunday Times 'Best Companies to Work For', and recognises  companies which look beyond the bottom line and remain committed to its most important asset - its workforce. The Awards reviews organisations’ workplace practices and business performance, with a series of interviews, employee surveys and site visits, taking into account senior leadership, personal growth opportunities, salary and benefits, training, overall wellbeing and corporate and social responsibility.

This national Award takes Avanta one step closer to the employer equivalent of becoming an employer of choice and achieving 'Best Company' accreditation. This is the latest award confirming Avanta's dedication to its employees.  Avanta won its first Investors in People Award in 2009, although its subsidiaries TNG and InBiz have been holders of the Investors in People accreditation since 1994.

Over the last 28 years, Avanta has always recognised the importance of its employees to delivering excellent customer service in the 'welfare to work' sector and the importance of recognising and celebrating each member's individual contribution to the business as a whole.
