If you've been unemployed for a long time and are worried that your skills are out of date now, we can provide the support and training you need to overcome whatever obstacles you face in getting back to work.

We'll work with you to develop your CV, apply for suitable jobs and build your confidence so that you can see that you will be better off working.

TNG is the prime contractor for the Pathways to Work programme in Lincolnshire and Rutland and Cheshire and Warrington, providing support and opportunities to people with health problems or disabilities to move back into work.
